No tech support guy answer this question? So pity to see such kind of customer care

 This is a user Forum , there is no Autel Tech Support from off this user forum like 5 or 6 years ago. You need to call or e-mail Autel Support in your geographic area. Read the owners manual. If you install the MP408 program on your windows PC and  see some symbols in the upper or lower tray with a symbol or question mark  and you have the scope attached to PC with the USB cable, you might see something that says "About" Click on that and you might find what you are looking for . Write the information down or take a photo for future reference,because if the scope dies, you might not be able to retrieve it later.
